Hi! I'm Axel.
I'm a 2D animator and illustrator with experience working mostly in cel animation but also in motion graphics and cutout; I worked with studios such as Rudo Company, Bellolandia, Váscolo, Bitt, Brikk, Devicers and Kero Collective doing work for clients such as Primavera Sound, Pepsi, JBL and Katy Perry. I painted backgrounds for the series and feature film Koati and worked in visual development for smaller projects. Before all of this, I used to work as a freelance graphic and web designer.
I would also be very interested in hearing about any project you think I may be a good fit for. I'm especially interested in working in visual development. But I also have experience as 2D animator, assistant animator, cleanup artist/colorist and background painter. I've been wanting to work on videogames since forever, so any related opportunities in that field will be greatly appreciated. I'm a fast learner and I love to experiment with new tools.
